Extremely disappointed, this seller should be closed down. I read through the reviews after I finally had to open a case with Etsy to get involved and found this is apparently a pattern of behavior with this seller. She takes customer’s funds and never sends the item and then never responds to any communication. What kind of business practice is that? I try to support local and small businesses, but when I encounter shop owners such as this it makes it extremely difficult when I am guaranteed better customer service and my purchase to actually be sent when I shop via Amazon. Heed the warning, avoid this seller/ shop.
